Navigate to Orders > Route Plans Tab
Edit Order Details for Route Plan Orders
Step 1. Click the blue route ID link to View Order.
Step 2. Click on the order status link, next to the customer's name. In this scenario, the order status link is "Order Dispatched."
Step 3. Click the Kebab menu next to the order status at the top of the View Order details, then click Edit
Step 5. Click the toggle under Edit Order to Allow Force Update.
Step 6. Make edits to the order and click Edit Order when done.
Step 7. Edits will appear on the Order Summary page. Creating Another Order, view the Order Status, or View Order Details from here.
