*Note - Sign in information for DS portal is different from sign in for Help Center. Only use your work domain email address. No personal emails will be saved.*
How to Sign-up for Help Center Access
If you have NEVER sent in a support ticket, start at Step 1.
If you have sent in a ticket to our support team before, please skip to Alternative Sign up.
Step 1. At the Sign-in to Delivery Solutions screen click Sign Up link next to "New to Delivery Solutions?". Alternatively, you can click here: Sign-Up
Step 2. Fill out your Full Name and Email Address. Then click Sign up.
*Note - This will be a work domain email. Do NOT use your personal email.
Step 3. A reset password email will go to the email used to sign up. Follow the link within the email to reset the password.
Alternative Sign-Up:
Step 1. Click on Get a Password in the bottom right next to "Emailed in for support?" Alternatively click here: Get a password
Step 2. Enter the Email used to write to support and click Submit.
Step 3. A create password email will go to the email used to sign up. Follow the link to set a new password.
