How to View Tickets through the Help Center
Step 1. Click on the avatar to the right of the Delivery Solutions Logo and magnifying glass.
Step 2. Click the Requests button.
Step 3. Click the My Requests button to view the tickets you have created.
Step 4. Click the Requests I'm CC'd on button to view all tickets you are copied on.
Step 5. Click on the Organization requests button to view tickets that have been submitted by your company or organization.
Id - Ticket reference number.
Subject - Brief line about ticket request.
Requestor - The person who created the ticket.
Last Activity - Tickets with most recent updates or comments.
Status - Current status of ticket.
Step 6. Click on the Subject line to view a ticket.
Step 7. Scroll to the bottom of the ticket to find the section for adding comments and attachments. Click the Submit button to add new comments to the ticket.
